Head of Growth – Performance Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Take charge of Incard’s growth strategy throughout the entire funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization

• Develop and enhance repeatable growth loops with a significant emphasis on ROI and payback

• Manage and expand Incard’s acquisition channels, which include:

• Paid acquisition (Meta, Google, YouTube; TikTok when applicable)

• SEO and content-driven growth strategies

• Partnerships, affiliates, and community engagement

• Establish an ongoing experimentation framework for ads, funnels, offers, and landing pages

• Oversee growth analytics and performance measurement

• Create a precise, dependable attribution and tracking system

• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Brand teams to:

• Start with hands-on involvement, then progressively build and lead a high-performing Growth team

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in Growth, Performance Marketing, or Acquisition roles

• Demonstrated success in scaling growth at a high-growth startup or scale-up

• Strong background in B2B SaaS, Fintech, or platform-based businesses

• Hands-on experience managing substantial paid media budgets

• Proven success in scaling products from initial traction to significant revenue

• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach

• In-depth understanding of funnels, experimentation, and lifecycle marketing

• Product-oriented mindset coupled with exceptional execution abilities

• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Engineering teams

• High ownership mentality, high standards, and low ego

• Proficient or fluent in French (a strong advantage given our ecosystem and influencer partnerships)
