Head of Growth – Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Develop the operational framework — scorecards, dashboards, meeting cadence, accountability framework, and reporting mechanisms to ensure the entire team is informed about current activities and future plans.

• Recruit and oversee the team responsible for social media expansion, LinkedIn engagement, podcast initiatives, speaking outreach, EOS sales pipeline management, Skool community, content creation, and AI automation.

• Leverage AI and automation on a daily basis to enhance team efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and establish robust systems that remain reliable even when unattended.

• Translate annual objectives into weekly action items — including targets for social followers, podcast interviews, speaking opportunities, EOS sessions sold, and Skool revenue.

• Safeguard Calvin's time, ensuring he concentrates on content creation, sales, EOS sessions, public speaking, and relationship building, rather than tracking updates or reiterating priorities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in team leadership, including having direct accountability discussions when targets are not met.

• Experience managing 7 or more individuals concurrently.

• Conducted weekly meetings where team members reported metrics rather than just progress updates.

• Capable of leading and executing tasks simultaneously — not one at the expense of the other.

• At least 3 years in operational roles, including chief of staff, agency operations, creator operations, founder support, or growth operations.

• Personally developed and managed a weekly scorecard, KPI dashboard, or reporting system.

• Handled 5 or more active projects or workstreams at the same time.

• Minimum of 2 years working directly with a founder, creator, coach, or consultant.

• Utilized AI tools on a daily basis — such as Claude, ChatGPT, Zapier, n8n, or similar platforms.

• Created at least 3 concrete workflows, automations, SOPs, or reporting systems using these tools.

• Able to articulate what you developed, its significance, and the improvements it brought.

• Not learning about AI here — already applying it and enhancing your skills weekly.

• Genuine familiarity with at least 3 of the following areas: social media growth, LinkedIn growth, podcast operations, sales pipeline/CRM, online courses/Skool/community, or speaking/event outreach.
