This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ You will oversee the marketing strategy for both brands and will continue to enhance our marketing engine.
β’ Collaborate with David to develop and execute the growth strategy across both brands.
β’ Expand paid advertising, content, influencer partnerships, customer relationship management, and conversion efforts.
β’ Manage and further refine existing performance structures.
β’ Increase presence in marketplaces and retail, including Amazon, pharmacies, and drugstores as new distribution channels.
β’ Identify and explore new growth opportunities.
β’ Enhance cross-selling, funnel optimization, and customer retention.
β’ Build and oversee relationships with external partners and internal teams.
β’ Potential responsibilities include international expansion, exploring new channels, and team development.
β’ Several years of experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC), e-commerce, or growth marketing.
β’ Demonstrated success in scaling a brand or digital business.
β’ Strong skills in both strategic planning and execution.
β’ Proficient in managing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates.
β’ Entrepreneurial mindset with a sense of ownership and a practical approach.
β’ Excellent proficiency in German and good command of English.
