This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive quantitative analysis of all paid media initiatives. Utilize Media Mix Modeling (MMM) and incrementality testing to directly influence three key decisions for the executive team: budget allocation across channels and funnel stages, forecasting pipeline quality and volume, and integrating marketing into revenue planning.
• Develop a robust attribution strategy that integrates MMM, lift studies, geo-holdouts, and platform-level tests into a defensible, multi-layered perspective while making the case for upper-funnel investments in programmatic, YouTube, and brand initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Data Science team to translate business objectives into data requirements, and convert models into actionable strategies for the paid media team to implement.
• Lead the Google strategy as our main growth channel: focusing on intent segmentation, navigating the Performance Max / Search / manual tradeoff, and integrating LTV and offline conversion signals into Smart Bidding, aiming to scale without compromising lead quality.
• Coordinate a full-funnel strategy across Google, Meta, YouTube, Microsoft Ads, and programmatic platforms (such as StackAdapt and The Trade Desk). Create retargeting and lead-nurture strategies for high-intent travelers who do not convert on their first interaction, and collaborate with product teams to enhance landing-page and lead-flow conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Establish a systematic experimentation pipeline where every test (including creative, audience, landing page, channel, and bid strategy) is documented, measured against a pre-registered hypothesis, and linked to downstream investment decisions. The aim is to create a structured system rather than a collection of isolated tests.
• Lead a growth team of 4-6 members. Set analytical standards for the team’s daily platform decisions; you should be able to evaluate a campaign audit, bidding strategy, or experiment analysis and determine whether the rationale is sound.
• Define success not only by achieving performance targets but also by empowering specialists to become strategic operators: individuals capable of owning decisions adjacent to P&L, defending them with data, and linking their channel efforts to broader company outcomes.
• Collaborate with Creative, Content, Brand, Product, Data, and Operations teams to enhance creative performance, lead quality, and the matching of travelers with specialists.
• Over 10 years of experience in growth or performance marketing, with significant time spent in high-AOV, high-consideration B2C sectors (luxury, travel, real estate, financial services, or complex lead generation), managing media budgets in the millions.
• Practical experience with MMM, incrementality testing, and multi-touch attribution in settings where conversion windows extend over weeks or months, rather than days.
• Proven track record in creating attribution or measurement infrastructure from scratch rather than merely utilizing existing tools. Bonus points for implementing offline conversion pipelines, server-side conversion APIs, or LTV-based bidding signals.
• Experience in establishing repeatable testing systems that link experiments to budget and roadmap decisions.
• Strong quantitative skills: proficiency in SQL, Tableau (or similar BI tools), and advanced spreadsheet capabilities.
• Experience leading and nurturing a senior growth team.
