This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive lead-generation strategy encompassing organic, paid, content, SEO, partnerships, and referral channels.
• Develop and sustain revenue-operations infrastructure, which includes attribution, CRM alignment, and funnel analytics.
• Establish and refine cost-per-acquisition targets by channel, reallocating expenditures towards the most efficient cost-to-quality channels.
• Manage SEO as a lead-generation avenue, enhancing search rankings, organic visibility, and organic-sourced pipeline.
• Collaborate with sales and client-acquisition teams to ensure lead quality, establish feedback loops, and facilitate handoffs.
• Define the marketing vision and strategy, translating it into actionable plans with specified timelines and responsible parties.
• Shape Bright!Tax’s brand narrative and storytelling to drive measurable engagement and conversions.
• Oversee content and maintain brand voice, style, and tone across various channels.
• Direct outsourced design and creative vendors.
• Lead, mentor, and develop both marketing team members and relationships with external vendors.
• Analyze market and competitive landscapes while fostering external partnerships.
• Own marketing KPIs, manage the budget, and deliver data-driven reports on pipeline, CPA, and ROI.
• Proven track record of building and scaling a marketing-generated pipeline with measurable MQL/SQL growth.
• Experience in tracking lead sources and acquisition costs from start to finish.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership and optimize CPA/CAC.
• Proficiency in scaling Google Ads paid-search campaigns.
• Extensive experience in managing SEO, including achieving ranking improvements, driving organic traffic growth, and generating an organic-sourced pipeline.
• Familiarity with evolving AEO best practices and their implementation.
• Experience with attribution modeling, CRM/funnel reporting, and revenue operations.
• Capability to translate brand storytelling into high-converting campaigns.
• Experience in managing marketing budgets and vendor relationships, including those for outsourced creative/design.
• Proven experience in leading a team with accountability and development strategies.
• Familiarity with using AI to enhance marketing productivity and efficiency.
• Preferred: experience in professional services, subscription models, or other complex sales environments.
