This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• You are responsible for the entire process of paid and organic acquisition.
• This includes strategy, channel mix, budgeting, measurement, vendor management, and creative direction.
• You will expand our efforts across various markets and languages, ensuring efficiency that justifies our investment.
• Master SEO at scale, as we operate in numerous markets and languages.
• Ensure our rankings are optimized in key areas.
• Deliver pSEO that has a compounding effect.
• Create templated pages, implement structured data, and develop content programs to maximize the performance of every listing on Google.
• Formulate a robust Meta strategy to diversify our acquisition channels beyond Google.
• Develop playbooks and encode them as Claude skills so the team and agents can execute them effectively.
• Determine our focus areas. We cannot be present everywhere; select the critical channels and eliminate the ineffective ones.
• Brief, review, and iterate. Agents will manage production while you focus on strategy.
• Own the funnel from initial impression to conversion with paid agents.
• Collaborate closely with PMs on conversion strategies and customer lifecycle management.
• Engage with customers, analyze data personally, and share insights gained from your findings.
• Proven track record of significantly growing both organic and paid channels in a multi-country, multi-language environment.
• Present real numbers and tangible graphs to demonstrate your success.
• Possess a strong fluency in AI, utilizing Claude daily for Cowork and Code.
• Experienced in building skills, orchestrating agents, and can discuss what you have automated recently.
• Simply being "open to AI" is not enough; you are already functioning in this capacity.
• Highly data-driven. You understand the importance of data, obsess over optimization, hack the system, and focus on what truly matters.
• Hands-on approach. You write briefs, monitor dashboards, liaise with agencies, and execute campaigns without intermediaries.
• Attention to craft. You recognize the details that make a campaign effective as opposed to one that merely appears busy.
• Strong judgment. You can make decisions with incomplete information and don’t rely solely on A/B testing to identify quality initiatives.
• Insightful in taste, customer understanding, and reasoning, which outweigh the value of mere dashboards.
• Take ownership of problems from inception to results, with no handoffs required. Working within a small, full-stack team is essential.
• Communicate with clarity. You simplify complex ideas and do not obscure weak concepts behind data. You value the time of others.
