This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Define and lead the growth marketing strategy throughout Asia, pinpointing opportunities to foster growth at both regional and country levels.

• Manage and develop a team of growth marketers across various markets, offering guidance, coaching, and support to ensure robust execution and significant impact.

• Analyze performance metrics, customer behavior, and market trends across Asia to guide strategic priorities and investment choices.

• Ensure that global initiatives are effectively tailored to meet local market demands, balancing regional consistency with country-specific nuances, while overseeing end-to-end execution for currently unmanaged markets.

• Build and enhance Asia-specific capabilities, including regional pods and AI-first strategies for creative execution, automation, and localized asset development.

• Collaborate with Asia Brand Marketing, Business Operations, and regional teams based in Singapore, as well as global teams in London and the US, to align on priorities and achieve impact.

• Navigate across time zones and teams to foster alignment, ensure effective communication, and meet key growth objectives across the region.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital strategy roles, with a proven history of leading teams and amplifying impact in complex organizations.

• In-depth knowledge of key Asian markets such as Japan, Korea, India, and Southeast Asia, including insights into consumer behavior, platform ecosystems, and market dynamics.

• Demonstrated experience in managing strategies across multiple countries with diverse levels of maturity and complexity.

• Proven track record of leading and nurturing high-performing, geographically distributed teams.

• Strong capability to convert data and insights into strategic decisions and regional priorities.

• Experience collaborating with marketing, product, engineering, data, and operations teams across various regions.

• Familiarity with marketing automation, analytics platforms, and emerging technologies, along with experience in driving AI-driven marketing and scalable creative solutions.
