This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• You will be responsible for the commercial strategy that introduces new concepts into the market.
• Developing market and segmentation strategies — determining the appropriate markets to enter and the order of entry.
• Crafting and establishing the technology stack that the growth engine relies on to enable hyperscale.
• Precisely defining the buyer and user archetypes to inform every downstream decision.
• Designing the product-led growth process from initial awareness through activation, conversion, and expansion.
• Taking ownership of how we articulate the product and its significance.
• 5–8 years of experience in go-to-market, growth, or commercial roles, with a proven history of building rather than just maintaining.
• Experience working in lower-scale environments (startups) or launching new products within larger organizations.
• Proven experience in product-led growth.
• Genuine fluency in AI, with substantial knowledge of agentic stacks.
• Clear vision for AI-driven go-to-market transformation.
• Sound judgment that blends instinct with evidence.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a true willingness to engage in hands-on work.
• Strong communication skills across functions.
• Awareness of the clinical context and a sincere curiosity about the individuals we serve.
