This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• You will be responsible for driving Siena's growth, including new customer acquisition, existing customer engagement, and all aspects in between.
• Engage in demand generation, product launches, branding, content creation, expansion, and retention as part of the marketing strategy. This encompasses the comprehensive approach to how Siena is discovered and how it maintains its customer base.
• Collaborate directly with both founders to establish and develop the function and the team.
• Focus on acquiring new customers through effective demand generation across all applicable channels, including brand development, content marketing, social media, events, paid advertising, and partnerships. This pipeline will support Series A and subsequent funding rounds.
• Drive growth among existing customers by addressing expansion, adoption, and retention as marketing challenges. Utilize customer marketing, co-marketing, references, and community engagement.
• Oversee product launches from start to finish, ensuring each release is a significant market event through strategic positioning, messaging, and distribution.
• Establish category leadership as Siena pioneers the CX operating system for brands. You will define and promote this category's adoption.
• Cultivate brand awareness and momentum by creating campaigns, content, and a presence that positions Siena as a leader in CX AI.
• Develop a growth system by building AI agents and workflows that enable efficiency, allowing one individual to operate like ten. You will be the orchestrator, with your taste serving as the ultimate filter.
• AI-native. You have experience building agents and systems, having streamlined workflows with AI prior to joining us, and you are ready to do it again here.
• A builder. You have successfully launched something from scratch, whether it be a function, brand, company, or community. You thrive without a detailed brief.
• A storyteller. You possess strong writing skills and can craft narratives that transform complex AI products into compelling tales.
• Creative and analytical in equal measure. You have a keen sense of taste and actively monitor a pipeline dashboard. You transition effortlessly between conceptualizing campaigns and analyzing CAC payback models.
• Scrappy. You are capable of delivering results in hours, constantly experimenting, and discarding what doesn’t work.
• Proficient in selling AI. You understand the unique aspects of marketing AI products. You either have prior experience in this area or have studied it sufficiently to explain how you would approach it in this role.
