• Design and implement a comprehensive growth strategy encompassing acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.
• Lead and nurture the Growth Marketing team.
• Identify and optimize both organic and paid distribution channels.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators: CAC, LTV, churn, MoM growth, and NPS.
• Create experiments, learn swiftly, and iterate with methodological rigor.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Data teams to build sustainable growth loops.
• Manage the marketing and growth budget with a focus on ROI.
• Over 6 years of experience in growth or marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in leadership roles.
• Experience in fintech, neobanks, or scalable consumer products.
• T-shaped mindset: strategic thinking combined with deep expertise in at least one channel.
• Proficiency in analytical tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA, or similar).
• Empathetic leadership and the ability to influence across teams without formal authority.
• Familiarity with migrant communities in LATAM and/or Europe.
• Fluent in Spanish.
• Strategic role with high impact, reporting directly to the CEO.
