Head of Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of HeySunday’s comprehensive growth strategy, focusing on prioritization and results.

• Oversee the complete paid acquisition process across Google Ads and Meta Ads, which includes managing channel mix, budget distribution, and daily platform operations.

• Implement a frequent SKU testing initiative and enhance performance metrics.

• Develop and maintain HeySunday’s growth framework and reporting infrastructure.

• Lead engineering, design, and creative teams to produce landing pages, advertising creatives, and modifications to the sales funnel.

• Utilize AI and automation for creating auto-pausing rules, developing creative variants, attribution scripts, and automated reporting mechanisms.

• Allocate around 20% of your time to focused growth projects for other companies within the Mechanism portfolio.

• Distill successful strategies into reusable playbooks, scripts, and automation tools.

• Deliver written updates detailing outcomes, insights, and obstacles encountered.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in performance marketing.

• Extensive, up-to-date hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads at a significant scale.

• Proven history of achieving profitable growth in direct-to-consumer (DTC) or e-commerce environments.

• Practical experience with SKU testing, optimizing landing pages, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

• Technical proficiency in tools such as Claude Cowork, GA4, live dashboards, or workflow automation scripts.

• Ability to think from first principles and a proactive mindset, delivering results within hours or days.

• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to provide evidence-based reports.

• Familiarity with leveraging AI, automation, and contemporary growth tools.
