Head of Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the journey from creative development to landing pages and the initial in-app experience — across both web and mobile platforms.

• Create new funnels, enhance existing ones, and scale successful strategies.

• Establish a clear definition of 'effective experimentation' at Promova: hypothesis formulation → prioritization → execution → learning → playbook development.

• Foster a unified understanding among creative, UAM, and product teams, ensuring that every funnel is launched with consistent messaging, metrics, and post-click experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Growth / Product / Product Marketing, including at least 1 year in a leadership position.

• Practical experience managing B2C subscription funnels (web and/or mobile) — from creative inception to purchase, encompassing onboarding and retention strategies.

• Proficient analytical skills — experience with funnel and journey analysis, cohort analysis, incrementality testing, A/B testing, attribution models, and working with product analytics tools.
