šŸ“‹ Description

• Oversee Found's consumer growth initiatives and establish strategies for reaching, converting, and retaining millions of prospective members.

• Take full ownership of paid acquisition, growth experimentation, creative strategy, and conversion optimization from start to finish.

• Collaborate with brand, product, clinical, finance, and external stakeholders to facilitate efficient and sustainable member growth.

• Report directly to the VP of Strategy, BizOps & Growth and participate in the larger growth leadership team.

• Develop the strategic direction, manage the P&L for growth, and remain closely involved in the work to implement tests, evaluate creative approaches, and remove execution roadblocks personally.

• Create and prioritize testing roadmaps across various channels, creatives, and landing pages.


ā›³ļø Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, with direct responsibility for ROAS, CAC, payback, and revenue objectives at significant scale (8-figure+ annual spend).

• Proven history of driving growth at a high-growth consumer or consumer healthcare organization—preferably through a phase of substantial scale increase.

• Experience in managing and developing growth teams, as well as overseeing agencies and external partners to achieve high standards.

• Extensive hands-on knowledge across Meta, Google, and TikTok; fluency in OTT, YouTube, and emerging marketing channels.

• Strong creative instincts—capable of briefing, critiquing, and iterating on performance creative, not just analyzing dashboard metrics.

• Advanced analytical skills: attribution, incrementality, MMM, LTV/cohort analysis, and understanding of unit economics. Comfortable working with SQL or collaborating closely with analytics teams.

• Proven ability to utilize AI tools to enhance marketing workflows (creative, copy, analysis, operations).

• Executive presence: able to articulate the growth narrative to the CEO, ELT, and board, while remaining detail-oriented with the team.

• Proactive approach; comfortable operating in fast-paced, uncertain environments and balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.
