This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Take charge of both sales and marketing initiatives for the company.
β’ Oversee the sales process from the initial conversation to the signed contract.
β’ Manage the entire sales pipeline from the first interaction to closure.
β’ Address objections, conduct follow-ups, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.
β’ Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales playbook, objection library, and follow-up sequences.
β’ Control and execute our internal Meta advertising campaigns.
β’ Formulate and implement our overarching marketing strategy, encompassing content, brand positioning, and demand generation.
β’ Create or oversee the creation of marketing materials such as advertisements, landing pages, case studies, and social media content.
β’ Enhance the company brand to attract larger clientele.
β’ Adopt a holistic perspective on branding and comprehend how advertising integrates into a broader growth strategy.

β’ A minimum of 3 years of B2B closing experience (not limited to appointment setting or lead qualification).
β’ Proven history of earning $125,000 or more in total compensation in a previous position, with a significant portion derived from commissions or performance-based incentives.
β’ Experience in selling professional services with a sales cycle lasting approximately 2 to 6 weeks, targeting SMB or mid-market clients.
β’ Practical experience in running paid media campaigns (Meta preferred) or a solid understanding of direct response and digital marketing.
β’ Proficient in CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred), including pipeline management, deal tracking, and reporting.
β’ Comfortable functioning as an independent contributor across both sales and marketing domains.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Located in the United States and available during standard business hours.
β’ Authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
β’ Base salary of $85,000 plus performance-based commission (OTE approximately $150,000).
