This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive marketing dashboard that monitors all essential metrics: CAC, LTV, payback period, lead volume, conversion rates, and channel ROI across all five markets.
• Provide structured reports to the CEO to facilitate data-driven decisions regarding budget and strategy.
• Oversee and enhance active acquisition channels: Yelp, Thumbtack, Local Service Ads (LSA), organic SEO, and word-of-mouth campaigns.
• Collaborate with the existing agency managing the WordPress site to conduct structured A/B tests focused on improving conversion rates.
• Take responsibility for CAC, LTV, and payback metrics categorized by market and service type.
• Sustain and enhance the email marketing strategy currently executed in-house.
• Over 5 years of experience in performance or growth marketing.
• Strong analytical capabilities — proficiency in GA4, attribution modeling, and unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback).
• Experience in managing SEO agencies from the client perspective and assessing their deliverables.
• Solid knowledge of local SEO and the dynamics of multi-location businesses.
• Practical experience with platforms such as Yelp Ads, Thumbtack, or LSA.
• Proficient in English (both written and verbal) — all communications with agencies and clients will be in English.
• Able to work effectively as an individual contributor with minimal supervision.
• Flexible engagement starting at 15–20 hours per week, with a clear and anticipated path to full-time employment within 3 months based on performance and mutual compatibility.
