This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Proactive and efficient scaling of Meta, aiming to reach six figures daily when the unit economics are favorable.
• Comprehensive full-funnel paid media strategy encompassing Meta, Google, and TikTok, with a defined hierarchy for investment and margin protection.
• Leadership in creative strategy in collaboration with our creative team.
• Development of senior client relationships across a portfolio of rapidly growing DTC brands.
• Team building focused on transforming junior analysts and strategists into proficient, independent operators.
• 6–10 years of experience in paid digital advertising, with a significant focus on managing substantial Meta budgets for DTC e-commerce brands.
• Proven success in scaling Meta accounts beyond $100k per day.
• In-depth structural knowledge of Meta's algorithm, including creative fatigue, cost control interactions, audience saturation, CPM dynamics, and campaign architecture that optimizes efficient spending at scale.
• Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to make quick decisions without being overwhelmed by data. You take responsibility for outcomes and act swiftly.
• Effective and straightforward communicator with clients, leadership, and your team, particularly when delivering challenging news.
