Head of Global Markets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategic direction, profit and loss, and institutional expansion of the Global Markets division.

• Lead a high-performing team comprising more than 20 professionals.

• Collaborate closely with the Risk team to effectively manage the division's risk profile.

• Exhibit comfort in building and comprehending the product at a technical level.

• Navigate the sales process while simultaneously developing a pipeline for product innovation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 12-15+ years of senior leadership experience in Global Markets or Prime Services.

• Hands-on experience in building or overseeing a business unit generating over $100M in annual revenue.

• Demonstrated experience in managing a team of over 20 professionals.

• Proven track record in managing significant institutional-scale balance sheets.

• In-depth functional knowledge of Spot, Prime Financing, and Derivatives.

• Experience guiding a company through its growth journey toward an IPO or a major liquidity event.

• A thorough understanding of the digital asset market structure.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a quantitative discipline; an MBA or CFA is highly preferred.
