Head of Gift Cards

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Gift Cards business line from start to finish while leading a team of four individuals.

• Expand the business line from €100M to over €1 billion in GMV.

• Develop and enhance a high-performing Gift Cards team to support ongoing growth.

• Scale the business line within the US and introduce it to new markets, establishing robust partnerships with local gift card providers and PSPs.

• Boost revenue by onboarding new merchants and enhancing commission rates.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other teams to enhance the gift cards experience within the app.

• Take full responsibility for the Gift Cards P&L, focusing on revenue and margin enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of professional experience in dynamic environments, preferably in technology or startups.

• Strong go-to-market expertise. Experience with country launches or international expansion is highly advantageous.

• Significant experience in management, including recruiting and developing high-performing teams.

• Exceptional execution abilities, adept at driving roadmaps with diligence and collaborating effectively across various teams.

• Proficient in both English and French.

• An entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for challenges, and a commitment to feedback and continuous improvement.
