This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Set clear performance benchmarks and operational metrics for FIT, which encompass labeling volume, quality, turnaround time, cost efficiency, SLA compliance, and the impact on downstream business operations.
β’ Develop and implement scalable quality assurance methodologies, incorporating sampling strategies, review frameworks, feedback loops, and escalation protocols to continuously enhance labeling accuracy and consistency.
β’ Redefine FIT's operational model, workflows, tools, and team structure to boost efficiency, scalability, and business results.
β’ Create a top-tier entry-level talent program by outlining hiring profiles, onboarding experiences, training initiatives, and career development pathways for Fraud Intelligence Analysts.
β’ Establish a consistent progression framework that empowers FIT team members to cultivate technical, analytical, and fraud expertise, facilitating their advancement and internal mobility opportunities.
β’ Develop robust measurement frameworks that link FIT activities to quantifiable fraud prevention outcomes, including model enhancements, fraud detection improvements, typology development, and customer impact.
β’ Initiate and expand efforts that convert frontline fraud observations into actionable insights for Product, R&D, Analytics, GTM, and customer-facing teams.
β’ Act as a reliable fraud subject matter expert and strategic collaborator throughout the organization, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring FIT's insights inform essential business decisions.
β’ Implement recurring reporting, fraud trend analysis, and knowledge-sharing initiatives that enhance fraud awareness and expertise across the organization.
β’ Utilize AI, automation, and process optimization opportunities to boost team productivity, enhance quality, and enable FIT to concentrate on higher-value fraud intelligence tasks.
β’ Over 8 years of experience in fraud operations, fraud intelligence, risk management, trust & safety, investigations, analytics, or a related field, including substantial people leadership experience.
β’ At least 4 years of management experience overseeing a team of Fraud Analysts.
β’ Proven track record of leading operational teams responsible for high-volume, quality-sensitive workflows and achieving measurable business outcomes.
β’ Strong fraud judgment and a keen interest in understanding evolving fraud patterns, typologies, and prevention strategies.
β’ Demonstrated capability to design and enhance processes, operational models, quality systems, and performance measurement frameworks.
β’ Experience in developing and mentoring early-career talent, building high-performing teams, and establishing internal mobility pathways.
β’ Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to leverage data to identify opportunities, measure results, and drive informed decision-making.
β’ Technical proficiency and comfort collaborating closely with product, analytics, engineering, machine learning, and data science teams.
β’ Experience in utilizing AI, automation, workflow tools, or operational technologies to enhance productivity and quality.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across both technical and non-technical audiences.
β’ Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and align diverse stakeholders around common objectives.
β’ Strong ownership mindset with a history of driving change, executing against ambitious objectives, and ensuring teams adhere to high standards.
β’ Capacity to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
