This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Develop, organize, and expand the global FP&A function from its inception.
• Supervise and mentor a growing team of 3 to 4 direct reports.
• Spearhead Financial Business Partnership, Revenue FP&A, and Corporate FP&A segments.
• Oversee complex forecasting models and enterprise-wide financial strategies.
• Provide the Executive Team with data-driven insights and scenario modeling for capital allocation decisions.
• Direct the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes.
• Design and advocate for advanced BI tools and financial systems to enable faster, more accurate, and automated reporting.
• Lead Finance's role in acquisitions, including financial due diligence and post-deal integration.
• Establish KPIs and operational metrics while driving variance analysis to enhance profitability.
• Manage board-level financial presentations and executive reporting packages.
• Report directly to the VP of Finance.
• A minimum of fifteen (15) years of progressively responsible experience in accounting and finance.
• At least ten (10) years in a prominent senior leadership role within a complex, global environment.
• 3–5 years of experience at the Senior Director level.
• Proven ability to build, structure, or reorganize high-performing finance teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, three-statement analysis, strategic valuation, budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making within intricate global frameworks.
• Proficient in financial systems and ERP platforms (Sage or similar).
• High proficiency in the Google Workspace technology ecosystem.
• Capable of collaborating with IT developers and technical teams to design and implement scalable financial systems and automated analytical solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior leadership, engage stakeholders, and promote team performance and accountability.
• Must be available to work during US EST business hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST), with some flexibility.
• A Master’s degree (MBA) or advanced financial certification (e.g., CFA) is strongly preferred.
