
Head of FP&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Develop, organize, and expand the global FP&A function from inception.
• Supervise and mentor 3 to 4 direct reports.
• Oversee the Financial Business Partnership, Revenue FP&A, and Corporate FP&A divisions.
• Manage intricate forecasting models and enterprise-level financial strategies.
• Provide the Executive Team with data-driven insights and scenario analysis.
• Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecast initiatives.
• Design and advocate for advanced BI tools and financial systems.
• Spearhead Finance's role in acquisitions, including financial due diligence and post-merger integration.
• Set up KPIs and operational metrics across various business units.
• Conduct variance analysis to enhance profitability.
• Manage board-level financial presentations and executive reporting packages.
• Report directly to the VP of Finance.
• A minimum of fifteen (15) years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
• At least ten (10) years in a significant senior leadership role within a complex, global setting.
• 3–5 years of experience at the Senior Director level.
• Proven capability in building, structuring, or reorganizing high-performing finance teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Established expertise in financial modeling, three-statement analysis, strategic valuation, budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making within complex global frameworks.
• Proficiency with financial systems and ERP platforms, including Sage or similar systems.
• High proficiency in the Google Workspace technology ecosystem.
• Capability to collaborate with IT developers and technical teams to design and implement scalable financial systems and automated analytical solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence senior leadership, engage stakeholders, and promote team performance and accountability.
• Must be available during US EST business hours, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, with some flexibility.
• Master’s degree (MBA) or advanced financial certification such as CFA is strongly preferred.
