Head of Financial Services — Germany

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will take on complete responsibility for establishing and further enhancing our financial services operations in Germany.

• You will influence the business from its inception — addressing both strategic and operational aspects.

• You will formulate the financial services strategy for Germany and execute it independently — closely collaborating with local management and the central functions of the parent company.

• You will locate, negotiate, and form partnerships with insurers, banks, and financial product providers, managing these relationships for the long term.

• You will collaborate closely with our subsidiaries to create processes, provide training, and expand financial services products throughout the network.

• You will hold comprehensive P&L accountability for Financial Services in Germany and report regularly to the executive management.

• As the business expands, you will build and nurture a local team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8–10 years of professional experience in financial services, preferably in insurance distribution, banking, or structured financial product partnerships.

• Demonstrated experience in building or scaling financial services offerings — whether in a corporate context or an entrepreneurial environment.

• Familiarity with property management, real estate, or platform structures is a significant advantage.

• Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape for financial services in Germany.

• Capability to operate at the executive management level while also being hands-on in operations.

• Proficiency in business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken.

• An entrepreneurial mindset, a pragmatic approach, and robust execution skills.
