Head of Financial Institutions Group – FIG

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Supervise and lead the specialty banking operations of the team

• Develop account relationships and guarantee adherence to high credit quality standards

• Assess and mentor the performance of team members

• Formulate a strategic plan for the Financial Institutions Group

• Ensure adherence to regulatory policies and standards

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (4 years or equivalent)

• Over 15 years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, or Capital Markets

• Specialized senior-level client relationships and credit/industry knowledge pertinent to FIG-related sectors
