Head of Finance Transformation

📋 Description

• Take charge of the global Finance Transformation roadmap, including the sequencing and execution of initiatives.

• Serve as the central program owner and PMO for all finance-related initiatives, which encompass systems, processes, data, AI, and M&A integrations.

• Monitor delivery status, dependencies, risks, and benefits across the complete finance change portfolio.

• Identify obstacles, capacity limitations, and decision-making gaps; facilitate prompt resolutions.

• Define the global finance blueprint encompassing RTR, OTC, P2P, FP&A, and Treasury functions.

• Establish Global Process Owner models, standard operating procedures (SOPs), controls, and closure calendars.

• Eliminate fragmentation, local exceptions, and manual workarounds.

• Oversee the finance systems strategy, including ERP (NetSuite), FP&A tools, TMS, and relevant integrations.

• Lead the Finance Design Authority for decisions regarding processes, systems, and data.

• Spearhead the automation of reconciliations, closing activities, intercompany transactions, billing, and reporting.

• Develop group-wide data governance, ownership, and master data standards.

• Enhance data quality, consistency, and trust across finance domains.

• Collaborate with BI teams to facilitate reliable, decision-grade finance analytics.

• Identify, prioritize, and implement AI-enabled finance use cases.

• Design the SSC operating model, KPIs, and approach to standardization.

• Manage program governance and PMO oversight for all finance integrations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in leading enterprise-wide finance transformation initiatives within complex, international, and multi-entity environments.

• A proven history of designing and implementing global finance target operating models (TOM), particularly in transitioning from fragmented manual processes to standardized, scalable platforms.

• In-depth experience with ERP strategy and implementation (NetSuite preferred), including the automation of reconciliations, closing activities, and the introduction of AI-enabled finance use cases.

• Proficient in program management methodologies, including managing sequencing, dependencies, and risks across a global change portfolio.

• Experience in establishing group-wide data governance, master data standards, and collaborating with BI teams to provide decision-grade analytics.

• Demonstrated success in governing and managing the PMO for finance integrations post-acquisition.

• Experience in designing SSC operating models, including setting KPIs, SLAs, and ensuring "follow-the-sun" operational readiness.
