This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will assume functional and disciplinary leadership of the Accounting and Commercial Operations teams, overseeing a total of nine employees while continuously enhancing structures, processes, and staff.
• As the Site Manager for Sprakebüll, you will oversee organizational and administrative matters, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.
• You will manage the commercial activities of the companies under our purview, being responsible for liquidity planning, budgeting, forecasts, as well as profitability and performance analyses.
• You will enhance our reporting, controlling, and KPI systems, preparing robust decision-making materials for management, shareholders, and investors.
• You will guarantee efficient and compliant finance, accounting, and administrative processes while driving continuous improvement.
• You will manage contracts, insurance, and lease agreements, ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and corporate standards.
• You will support investment, optimization, and repowering initiatives, contributing to the economic growth of our wind, solar, and biogas facilities.
• You will organize shareholder, advisory board, and investor meetings, participating in them and ensuring professional follow-up.
• You will collaborate closely with banks, tax advisors, auditors, investors, service providers, and internal departments.
• You will assist executive management on strategic issues and actively contribute to the ongoing development of our company and business relationships.
• A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Several years of leadership experience, preferably in finance, controlling, commercial operations, or asset management.
• Proven experience in managing teams and navigating change processes.
• Strong commercial insight combined with analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficient in handling financial metrics, company analyses, and facilitating decision-making processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• A structured, responsible, and solution-oriented working approach.
• Ideally: familiarity with the renewable energy sector.
