Head of Expansion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Quickly expand the number of global GLP-1 customers that we can support.

• Prepare for launches in all key European markets.

• Address any significant legal, clinical, supply, and operational issues in European nations.

• Determine which countries should be targeted next based on market potential, customer interest, regulatory challenges, and launch speed.

• Establish the quickest compliant approach for entering each of those markets.

• Oversee the legal, clinical, product, operational, and supply chain efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in expansion, market launches, business operations, general management, or a similarly high-responsibility position.

• Have personally managed European launches from conceptualization to operational execution.

• Identify which markets are genuinely viable for entry and the necessary conditions for success.

• Transition seamlessly from strategic planning to hands-on execution.

• Understand complex regulatory frameworks and collaborate effectively across legal, clinical, and operational sectors.

• Acquire knowledge about unfamiliar markets at an accelerated pace.

• Manage multiple country launches simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

• Transform each launch into a reusable framework.
