This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of our AMA program from start to finish: including community AMAs, Reddit AMAs, and sessions led by experts.

• Identify and engage community leaders; oversee outreach from initial contact to commitment.

• Enhance successful initiatives and introduce new formats based on demand.

• Conduct webinars concurrently as an additional format: including speaker recruitment, promotion, execution, and follow-up.

• Transform each AMA and webinar into a stream of content shared across the company’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and more).

• Convert events into continuous dialogues, content streams, and quantifiable pipelines.

• Leverage AI tools and agents to expedite outreach, research, and content creation while maintaining high quality.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English to effectively communicate with partners, experts, and team members in the US.

• Demonstrated experience managing AMAs, webinars, or similar community events comprehensively, covering outreach, coordination, execution, and follow-up.

• Excellent cold outreach abilities, capable of engaging and securing participation from industry experts and community leaders.

• Knowledge of performance-driven marketing metrics (ROI, CAC, CPSQL) and understanding how events contribute to pipeline generation, beyond mere engagement.

• Practical experience with AI tools (such as Claude, Cursor, agents, automations) aimed at enhancing speed and quality of execution.

• Strong ownership mentality with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities and work independently.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-context environment with changing priorities and limited structure.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for interacting with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.
