⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in your specific engineering field.

• Possession of an active PE license (either single or multi-state).

• Proven leadership experience — overseeing teams, departments, or project portfolios.

• Experience in business development or account management — including client acquisition, proposal writing, or maintaining ongoing client relationships.

• Active professional engagement outside of the workplace — our clients highly value candidates who are involved in their industry through organizations such as ASCE, ACEC, or WEF, serve on boards or committees, or take part in leadership development programs.
