Head of Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Establish engineering benchmarks, strategic direction, and priorities.

• Responsible for fleet availability and engineering-related decisions.

• Lead engineering teams and ensure thorough root-cause analysis.

• Convey trends, root causes, and actions to the leadership team.

• Spot improvement opportunities and sustain an improvement pipeline.

• Manage relationships with OEMs, suppliers, and consultants.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated engineering judgment on intricate, multi-brand failures.

• Proven experience in leading or managing technical teams.

• Commercial acumen, capable of framing engineering decisions, particularly modifications.

• Proficient in working with SCADA, condition-monitoring systems, fault logs, and supplier documentation.

• Openness to travel as needed.
