Head of Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee Engineering and SRE teams, establishing a high benchmark for talent, execution, and culture.

• Serve as a strategic connector between engineering, product, and executive leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in senior engineering leadership positions, such as Group Manager, Director, or Head of Engineering.

• Demonstrated success in building and expanding engineering teams within SaaS organizations.

• Strong practical engineering background with expertise in Python/backend systems, APIs, and cloud architecture on AWS or GCP.

• Familiarity with large-scale backend systems, distributed architectures, high-availability environments, and production-quality services.

• Experience leading SRE, DevOps, or production engineering teams.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with both technical and executive stakeholders.

• Leadership approach that emphasizes talent development, mentoring, and retention.

• Advanced/Fluent English proficiency for both written and verbal communication.
