This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Take ownership of regional pipeline development, lead conversion, and the marketing team's contribution to revenue.
• Establish and direct the go-to-market strategy, which includes market segmentation, prioritization of engagement areas, and localization tailored to regional market conditions.
• Collaborate closely with regional sales leadership on planning initiatives, go-to-market strategies, and conducting ongoing operational reviews.
• Act as a strategic partner in developing funnels, accelerating pipelines, and driving revenue growth.
• Oversee regional events, partnerships, and field marketing activities that align with pipeline objectives.
• Maintain a strong connection to customer and market insights to guide strategic decisions and execution.
• Define and drive the advancement of modern B2B marketing practices in the region, incorporating account-based and AI-enabled strategies.
• Identify shortcomings in existing marketing tactics and spearhead the creation of new strategies, capabilities, and operational models to enhance growth outcomes.
• Lead and cultivate a high-performing, geographically diverse team, focusing on talent development and capability enhancement.
• Promote an inclusive, high-performance culture that fosters collaboration, innovation, and ongoing improvement.
• Establish robust operational discipline, including planning schedules, KPI-driven execution, and budget oversight.
• Function as a player-coach, actively contributing to key initiatives while enhancing the capabilities of the wider team.
• Ensure alignment between global and regional marketing efforts to balance operational efficiency with market impact.
• Collaborate with regional technical marketing leaders to jointly formulate go-to-market and market prioritization strategies.
• Foster aligned decision-making across marketing functions to guarantee cohesive execution and a unified market presence.
• Proven experience in leading or stepping into leadership roles within marketing teams in a complex B2B setting, preferably across multiple regions.
• Demonstrated responsibility for pipeline generation and measurable contributions to revenue results.
• Proven ability to implement change and enhance marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of contemporary marketing practices, including account-based marketing, digital transformation, and the integration of AI in marketing.
• A history of driving quantifiable business results and improving marketing return on investment.
• Experience collaborating closely with sales leadership on planning, funnel strategy, and execution.
• Strong operational discipline with a proven track record of structured, KPI-driven execution.
• Capability to provide clarity, prioritization, and direction in complex environments.
• Experience functioning in a hands-on leadership role within a lean or transitioning marketing organization.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders across various functions.
• Experience managing budgets and aligning investments with strategic priorities.
• Technical background or equivalent industry experience, with the ability to engage credibly with technical products and audiences.
