This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the daily management and expansion of Electrify’s ecommerce operations.
• Take charge of commercial performance across platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and other ecommerce channels.
• Formulate growth strategies aimed at boosting revenue, profitability, customer retention, and lifetime value.
• Establish operational processes and reporting systems to facilitate scalable ecommerce development.
• Assume responsibility for ecommerce P&L performance and key commercial decision-making.
• Manage product launches, merchandising, pricing strategies, promotional schedules, and inventory management.
• Enhance customer experience and conversion rates across all online storefronts.
• Identify and assess new ecommerce and consumer product opportunities.
• Collaborate with creators and leadership to craft commercially viable product concepts.
• Develop launch strategies, commercial models, and go-to-market plans for new initiatives.
• Partner with marketing teams on strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
• Increase conversion rates through testing, optimization, analytics, and experimentation.
• Create reporting frameworks focusing on CAC, ROAS, AOV, LTV, retention, and profitability.
• Extensive experience in managing and scaling ecommerce businesses.
• Profound understanding of the Shopify ecosystem and ecommerce tools.
• In-depth knowledge of Amazon marketplace operations and growth strategies.
• Familiarity with ecommerce analytics, reporting, and performance optimization.
• Experience in managing supply chain, fulfillment, inventory, and operational workflows.
• Proven experience in managing product launches, forecasting, and ecommerce profitability.
• Strong grasp of customer acquisition and retention strategies.
• Experience with conversion rate optimization and ecommerce growth methodologies.
• Knowledge of paid social, email marketing, creator-led commerce, and retention systems.
