This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Lead the development of websites for various brands from the planning stage to launch.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, and external contractors to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
• Supervise quality assurance (QA/UAT), website performance, mobile optimization, and ongoing enhancements.
• Assist with conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts across digital platforms.
• Oversee the implementation, optimization, and integration of business systems and operational tools.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable process enhancements.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation for recurring workflows.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI and automation into business operations.
• Evaluate and implement new AI tools that enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Advocate for AI adoption and promote operational best practices throughout the organization.
• Continuously improve workflows through automation initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional projects that involve operations, development, marketing, fulfillment, and design.
• Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and evaluate contractor performance.
• Ensure project visibility and accountability across multiple initiatives.
• Provide regular operational updates and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Digital Operations, Project Management, or Operations Leadership.
• Demonstrated experience managing website development projects from initial planning to launch.
• Practical experience with WooCommerce and/or Shopify.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and overseeing external contractors.
• Strong project management skills using platforms such as Monday.com, ClickUp, Asana, or similar tools.
• Experience implementing and managing business software and SaaS platforms.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher) with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Availability to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours.
