This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the DTC P&L, responsible for revenue generation and contribution margin.

• Develop and implement the Paid Acquisition Strategy, distributing the budget across various channels.

• Lead the Performance Creative team, focusing on creative testing and iterative improvements.

• Create a Growth Experimentation framework that prioritizes testing initiatives.

• Manage the CRO conversion roadmap on Shopify and collaborate with web and development resources.

• Oversee the CRM agency relationship and guide retention efforts through email and SMS.

• Establish a Growth Operating Rhythm with standardized reporting and accountability measures.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in growth, digital strategy, or performance marketing, with P&L responsibility in ecommerce or consumer sectors.

• A consulting background is preferred, with a transition into growth or digital leadership roles at a DTC or consumer brand.

• Extensive knowledge of Meta and Google, with a proven history of profitable scaling.

• Strong expertise in CRO, offer architecture, lifecycle/CRM strategies, and experimentation design.

• Experience in managing direct reports, contractors, and agencies with clearly defined expectations and measurable results.

• Nice to have: experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, or devices; familiarity with Shopify and Triple Whale; understanding of marketplace dynamics (Amazon, Target.com, Walmart.com, TikTok Shop); and experience in scaling creator/whitelisting acquisition.
