• Outline and lead the strategic roadmap for all digital channels, including lifecycle, demand programs, growth experiments, and website strategy.
• Prioritize initiatives aimed at maximizing acquisition, activation, adoption, and expansion across our enterprise, mid-market, and SME segments.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, RevOps, and Marketing to ensure alignment on outcomes and performance metrics.
• Support commercial acquisition and growth strategies through ABM/ABN programs, paid media, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Cultivate a culture of experimentation: develop hypotheses, conduct tests, and scale successful strategies.
• Partner with a variety of experts to define strategies for activation, engagement, and expansion.
• Oversee the marketing technology strategy and roadmap, encompassing automation, analytics, and integrations.
• Manage vendors, contractors, and external development resources to effectively execute website and technology stack initiatives.
• Lead a small, high-impact in-house team focused on Demand, Website, and Operations.
• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or SaaS marketing leadership roles.
• Proven track record in scaling digital acquisition and lifecycle programs at a large scale (B2B or product-led growth).
• Demonstrated experience with ABM/ABN campaigns, growth experiments, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and lifecycle engagement.
• Experience managing marketing technology stacks, including CMS, automation, analytics, and coordinating technical teams.
• A strategic thinker with the ability to translate data into actionable growth initiatives.
• Strong leadership skills, capable of mentoring and coordinating with contractors or agencies.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with significant responsibilities.
