Head of DevRel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create and execute strategies to cultivate a vibrant, engaged, and diverse developer community.

• Serve as the primary advocate for Fuel Labs' technology, showcasing its capabilities and potential through various platforms, including conferences, meetups, webinars, blogs, and social media.

• Offer technical guidance and support to developers utilizing Fuel Labs' platform, ensuring a seamless and productive experience.

• Generate high-quality technical documentation, including tutorials, code samples, and blog posts, to educate and inspire the developer community.

• Identify and nurture relationships with key industry partners, educational institutions, and influencers to enhance Fuel Labs' reach and influence.

• Collect feedback from the developer community and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to foster continuous improvements in our technology and developer experience.

• Build and lead a high-performing Developer Relations team, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

• Demonstrated experience in a senior Developer Relations or a similar role within the blockchain or software development sector.

• Strong technical expertise with a comprehensive understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized applications.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and inspiring developers at all levels.

• Proven ability to create and present impactful technical content, such as presentations, tutorials, and documentation.

• Experience in organizing and participating in developer-centric events and conferences.

• Skill in building and managing relationships with a diverse array of stakeholders, including developers, partners, and industry leaders.

• A passion for community building and a sincere interest in supporting developer success.

• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to build and motivate a team.
