Head of Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage landing pages aimed at maximizing conversion rates, collaborating closely with the growth and marketing teams.

• Produce sales materials such as presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and template proposals.

• Oversee the creation of visual content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn and others.

• Establish and uphold a cohesive visual identity across all brand interactions.

• Interpret brand guidelines (navy, mint, Mont/Montserrat/Poppins) into uniform, high-quality deliverables.

• Collaborate with the founder and leadership team on brand positioning and visual storytelling.

• Handle design requests while effectively prioritizing tasks amidst competing deadlines.

• Introduce innovative creative direction as NeoWork’s branding and content requirements evolve.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of design experience, with a portfolio that includes web, marketing materials, and social media content.

• Proficient in Figma and other contemporary design tools.

• Experience in designing for conversion, focusing on effectiveness rather than just visual appeal.

• Capability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.

• Excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting work to leadership.

• Keen eye for maintaining brand consistency across various formats and channels.

• Familiarity with Webflow or other no-code web development platforms.

• Basic motion design or video editing skills applicable to social media content.

• Background in a startup or agency environment with a need for quick turnaround times.
