• Assume complete responsibility for the systems, data, and infrastructure that drive our commercial engine.
• Manage and uphold the HubSpot CRM as the definitive source for all commercial data.
• Perform a comprehensive audit of the current CRM.
• Set and enforce standards for data hygiene.
• Oversee all integrations between HubSpot and other systems.
• Define and maintain lifecycle stage definitions throughout the entire funnel.
• Create and sustain revenue dashboards that the Commercial Director uses on a daily basis.
• Ensure that automation processes are clean, well-documented, and do not generate duplicate records.
• Supervise any external CRM or data contractors.
• Extensive, demonstrable expertise in HubSpot.
• Proven track record in maintaining CRM data integrity within a commercial setting.
• Experience in building and managing revenue dashboards and attribution models.
• Strong grasp of B2B sales and marketing funnels.
• Experience in managing integrations between CRM systems and external platforms.
• History of proactive problem-solving.
• Experience overseeing external contractors or vendors.
