This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of all hospitality logistics for staff and players involved in the Esports World Cup and Esports Nations Cup.

β€’ Direct a team of Project Managers to ensure that all operational workflows operate seamlessly in support of over 2,000 staff members and 2,500 players.

β€’ Responsible for the comprehensive delivery of projects across all hospitality areas.

β€’ Facilitate your team's success by providing a structured environment, clear processes, and decisive leadership.

β€’ Act as the primary point of accountability for the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all T&A deliverables.

β€’ Develop and maintain a centralized data management system for staff and player information.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ At least 5 years of project management experience, including leadership experience, preferably within a hospitality context.

β€’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in directly supervising a team of 2 or more individuals.

β€’ Proven experience in executing transport logistics, travel, or hospitality operations for over 1,000 individuals within events, sports, or entertainment sectors.

β€’ Experience in planning, initiating, monitoring, and executing events collaboratively with a team.

β€’ Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

β€’ Strong financial knowledge and confidence in managing vendor relationships, budgets, and financial reconciliations.

β€’ Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving requirements and address issues in real-time.

β€’ Experience in implementing centralized data systems and documentation for large teams.

β€’ Proven capacity to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

β€’ Experience, knowledge, and understanding of esports and gaming (preferred).

β€’ Previous experience with hospitality at international events (preferred).

β€’ Prior experience in the MENA region (preferred).
