Head of Course Development – Self-paced Learning

📋 Description

• Manage the entire course production process from start to finish.

• Establish and uphold standards for course structure and quality control measures.

• Enhance content production for efficiency, uniformity, and cost-effectiveness.

• Monitor and communicate progress, highlighting risks and obstacles at an early stage.

• Recruit, onboard, supervise, and facilitate the growth of the course development team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven educator with a solid understanding of curriculum design and pedagogical principles.

• Experience in leading the development of courses or curricula.

• Demonstrated history of recruiting and managing educational personnel.

• Experience in program or project delivery.

• Comfortable working within a startup or build environment.

• Ideally, experience in delivering online, blended, or asynchronous learning formats.

• Preferably possess a degree in a relevant field and a recognized teaching credential.

• Proven experience in leading teams.
