Head of Contracting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute a sourcing strategy that positions loveholidays as a frontrunner through a direct-contracting approach.

• Act as the primary liaison for significant hotel chains and DMCs, nurturing long-lasting and mutually advantageous relationships.

• Obtain market-leading rates, availability, and exclusive benefits that set our brand apart in all markets, with a specific emphasis on UK and DE customers.

• Actively secure inventory and special promotions during peak seasons to ensure we are the preferred choice for customers year-round.

• Collaborate with Inventory, Yield, and Marketing teams to ensure our supply meets demand and our top deals gain prominent visibility on our platform.

• Oversee the complete contracting process, ensuring all agreements are efficiently finalized and uploaded.

• Maintain a continuous awareness of the industry to guarantee our pricing and product offerings remain highly competitive.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have a proven history in purchasing within the travel industry and possess a thorough understanding of commercial performance.

• You have an extensive network of established contacts within hotel chains and DMCs.

• You are professionally fluent in English, able to lead intricate discussions in both languages.

• You have practical experience with the Channel Managers frequently used throughout Spain and Portugal.

• You thrive in fast-paced settings and are driven by the pursuit of ambitious growth objectives.
