This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of our AMA program, including community AMAs, Reddit AMAs, and sessions led by experts.

• Identify and secure community leaders; manage outreach from initial contact to final commitment.

• Conduct webinars concurrently as an alternative format — maintaining complete end-to-end ownership: sourcing speakers, promoting, executing, and following up.

• Transform each AMA and webinar into a source of content for the company’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and others).

• Convert events into sustained discussions, content streams, and measurable pipeline outcomes.

• Leverage AI tools and agents to enhance outreach, research, and content creation without compromising quality.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English to effectively communicate with partners, experts, and internal team members based in the US.

• Demonstrated experience in managing AMAs, webinars, or similar community events from start to finish, including outreach, coordination, execution, and follow-up.

• Strong cold outreach capabilities with a knack for engaging and securing participation from industry experts and community leaders.

• Knowledge of performance-driven marketing metrics (ROI, CAC, CPSQL) and an understanding of how events contribute to pipeline generation beyond mere engagement.

• Practical experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, agents, automations) aimed at enhancing speed and quality of execution.

• A strong ownership mentality with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and work autonomously.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-context environment with changing priorities and minimal structure.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for engaging with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.
