Head of Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Spearhead strategic value-added services for SoSafe Consulting.

• Create a consulting methodology centered on behavior change.

• Serve as a builder and architect of the consulting function.

• Guide teams and oversee high-stakes customer engagements.

• Champion Human Risk Management in discussions at the executive level.

• Offer feedback to internal teams to enhance product optimization.

• Align services with larger commercial objectives and assess effectiveness.

• Cultivate and manage strategic stakeholder relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Security Consulting, Risk Management, or a relevant cybersecurity leadership position.

• Proven ability to convert a conceptual framework into an organized service catalog and consulting methodology.

• Exceptional professional communicator with a strong executive presence.

• In-depth knowledge of human risk and behavioral science.

• Proficient in interpreting behavioral data and security metrics.

• Experience collaborating with Sales and Customer Success teams.

• Background in recruiting, mentoring, and overseeing a professional services or consulting function within a cybersecurity context (SaaS or external consulting).
