This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop, execute, and oversee our external communications to align with our organizational strategy and values.
• Collaborate closely across various directorates and initiatives to ensure our messaging remains cohesive and impactful.
• In conjunction with the Director of Corporate and Strategic Communications and the Head of PR and Media, lead crisis communication efforts, including response plans and key messaging.
• Mentor, direct, and enhance the capabilities of the communications team.
• Proven experience in a comparable role, formulating and implementing organization-wide communication strategies that align with business goals.
• A strong track record of spearheading significant communication campaigns, particularly in change communications.
• Experience in managing, leading, and nurturing a team.
• Background in navigating complex organizations, effectively integrating and aligning various departments.
• Exceptional interpersonal and leadership abilities, capable of forging strong relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient project management skills, with a history of aligning and overseeing campaigns, projects, and products to meet organizational objectives.
