This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Lead and cultivate international business development and commercial teams.

• Define and steer egg's global commercial growth strategy.

• Identify key markets, sectors, clients, and opportunities.

• Establish a data-driven commercial function with robust pipeline management, forecasting, qualification, and conversion discipline.

• Initiate senior-level client discussions and facilitate strategic opportunities.

• Foster a high-performance commercial culture centered on accountability, ownership, and results.

• Advocate for innovative working methods, including the application of AI, technology, and data to enhance commercial effectiveness.

• Collaborate with leadership teams to ensure that commercial priorities align with broader organizational goals.

• Manage commercial marketing assets, agency credentials, proposals, case studies, and market-facing content.

• Position egg as the preferred partner for global event and experiential programs across sectors such as healthcare, technology, and automotive.

• Extensive commercial leadership experience within an event or experiential agency setting.

• Demonstrated success in driving international business growth through data-driven commercial decision-making.

• Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing commercial teams.

• Strong comprehension of pipeline management, agency economics, forecasting, commercial performance, and KPI-driven growth.

• Experience in managing international and remote teams.

• Capability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on as necessary.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing abilities.

• Proficient in English communication skills and at least a good level of French.
