This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Lead and nurture international business development and commercial teams.

• Define and spearhead egg's global commercial growth strategy.

• Identify key markets, sectors, clients, and opportunities.

• Establish a data-informed commercial function with robust pipeline management, forecasting, qualification, and conversion practices.

• Initiate senior-level client discussions and support strategic initiatives.

• Foster a high-performance commercial culture founded on accountability, ownership, and outcomes.

• Advocate for innovative methods of operation, including the integration of AI, technology, and data to enhance commercial effectiveness.

• Collaborate with leadership teams to ensure that commercial priorities are in line with broader business objectives.

• Supervise commercial marketing materials, agency credentials, proposals, case studies, and market-facing content.

• Position egg as the preferred partner for global event and experiential programs across sectors such as healthcare, technology, and automotive.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive commercial leadership experience within an event or experiential agency setting.

• Demonstrated success in driving international business growth through data-driven commercial decision-making.

• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing commercial teams.

• Solid understanding of pipeline management, agency economics, forecasting, commercial performance, and KPI-driven growth.

• Experience in managing international and remote teams.

• Capability to operate strategically while being hands-on when necessary.

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.

• Proficient in English communication skills and at least a good command of French (No scrambled oeufs at egg, please).
