Head of Club Deal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Identifying off-market opportunities

• Recognizing premium real estate assets with significant economic potential

• Structuring transactions effectively

• Collaborating with external advisors on legal and tax structuring

• Cultivating relationships with a network of qualified investors

• Supervising technical, financial, and legal due diligence processes

• Leading negotiation efforts

• Establishing clear and transparent periodic reporting

• Initiating the first target transaction in 2026 and developing the operational model

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in club deals, real estate private equity, or structuring real estate transactions

• Proven track record in private transactions

• Strong grasp of real estate legal and tax frameworks

• An active network of sophisticated and professional investors

• Complete autonomy over deal flow
