This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cell and advanced therapy programs.
• Develop governance structures, project plans, timelines, and frameworks for risk management.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across clinical, operational, commercial, and regulatory areas.
• Manage commissioning activities, supplier relationships, and commercial collaborations.
• Oversee contracts, due diligence, and the performance of service providers.
• Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory standards, including GMP, GCP, GDP, and HTA requirements.
• Spearhead quality assurance initiatives, audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Foster robust relationships with NHS partners, manufacturers, logistics providers, and regulatory authorities.
• Support operational readiness, training, accreditation, and service launch activities.
• Provide consistent reporting and updates to senior leadership regarding program performance and delivery.
• Extensive program or project leadership experience in the healthcare sector.
• Strong comprehension of NHS contracting, commercial healthcare, and financial governance.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for cell and gene therapy (ATMP), including MHRA, GMP, GCP, and HTA frameworks.
• Experience managing intricate stakeholder relationships within healthcare organizations and the industry.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple strategic workstreams concurrently.

• Experience in advanced therapies, oncology, hematology, or transplant services.
• Experience collaborating with commercial healthcare partners and NHS organizations.
• Understanding of GMP quality systems and regulatory audits.
• A degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Healthcare Management, or equivalent experience.
• Project Management qualification.
