Head of Business Unit

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Assume complete responsibility for the profit and loss (P&L) of the designated business unit.

• Formulate and take ownership of the growth strategy for the next 12 to 24 months.

• Shift from a "founder-mode" execution style to establishing scalable processes.

• Cultivate a culture of rapid testing and experimentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven Scale-Up Experience: Substantial experience in a high-growth B2C startup or marketplace setting is strongly preferred, particularly within the Digital Products sector.

• Outstanding commercial and numerical skills. You create sophisticated models, uncover non-obvious insights, and convert metrics into actionable business strategies.

• A track record of leading large-scale projects from inception to delivery. You are adept at navigating cross-departmental collaboration and achieving measurable results.

• Start-up Resilience & Ambiguity Management: excel in unstructured, high-speed environments.

• Strong leadership abilities (experience managing teams of 10 or more is advantageous).

• An unwavering "Get Things Done" attitude.

• Excellent communication skills, especially in English.
