This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop a comprehensive Business System that serves as the standard for the organization's operational procedures.
• Cultivate a self-sustaining culture dedicated to continuous improvement.
• Ensure the system is scalable to accommodate growth and acquisitions without relying on individual personnel.
• Define, document, and perpetually enhance the integrated suite of tools, processes, leadership behaviors, and cultural norms.
• Implement strategy deployment (Hoshin Kanri) to translate the company's strategic objectives into annual goals, quarterly initiatives, and quantifiable team targets.
• Oversee deviations and conduct root cause analysis.
• Propel Kaizen initiatives and rapid improvements.
• Enhance problem-solving capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics.
• Formal training and/or certification in Lean/Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Several years of experience in positions centered around continuous improvement, operational excellence, or Lean transformation.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing a business system or Lean operating system on a large scale.
• Proven record of sustainable performance enhancement with measurable financial results.
• Experience collaborating with senior leaders and direct engagement with the CEO.
• Extensive knowledge of continuous improvement and Lean management techniques and tools.
• Background in automation, manufacturing, or complex B2B settings.
• Experience in leading Kaizen events.
• Familiarity with M&A integration is a significant advantage.
